I am a Psychologist, Mindfulness based counselor, Clinical Supervisor and Trainer with 15 years of experience helping adults navigate life's challenges. My approach to therapy is eclectic, meaning I draw from various therapeutic modalities to tailor my treatment to meet your unique needs. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating life transitions, I work collaboratively with you to foster personal growth and emotional well-being. I work with individuals, couples and families. 

Over the years, I’ve integrated approaches from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques, among others, ensuring that our work together is personalized and effective with a trauma informed lens. I believe in creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported, allowing for deep self-reflection and meaningful change.

During these one-on-one meetings, which are 45-50 mins we work collaboratively to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, uncovering patterns that may be affecting your well-being. Whether you're seeking help for anxiety, depression, stress, or personal growth, individual counseling allows you to gain insight into your life and develop practical coping strategies.

Each session is tailored to your specific needs, allowing us to delve into the issues you’re facing at a comfortable pace.
